Returned Goods and Tampering
THE CUSTOMER must inform Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd in writing of their intent to return goods and the reason for the return. All returned goods must be returned in good order and condition and must be approved by the Managing Director prior to the goods arriving in store. If THE COMPANY agrees to accept the return of any products for credit, the freight must be pre paid and the credit will be reduced by 20% to reimburse Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd for handling, packaging and restocking costs.
THE CUSTOMER may not in any form or manner, change, dilute or alter any product or their contents packaging designs or labelling. Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd reserves all rights to discontinue supply to THE CUSTOMER if this does become evident to Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd.
