Shipping and Delivery
Where delivery of the goods is affected by way of part deliveries, Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd will cover shipping costs to THE CUSTOMER for the outstanding part delivery.
Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage, arising from delay in delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, strikes, riots, acts of war, government intervention, industrial stoppage, natural disaster or otherwise, and THE CUSTOMER shall accept and pay for goods notwithstanding late delivery. Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd shall be at liberty to cancel or suspend the order without incurring liability of any loss or damage resulting there from.
Delivery will be made to the location specified on the order form unless otherwise notified in writing upon placement of order.
Shortages in delivery must be advised immediately upon receipt. THE CUSTOMER shall report goods damaged upon delivery to Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and is responsible for the loss or damage of goods from the time of delivery until paid in full. Goods shall not be returned to Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd until prior approval has been obtained.
All orders by THE CUSTOMER that are less than $650 (Incl GST) will incur a $15 freight charge from Derma Aesthetics Australia Pty Ltd. Orders placed before 10am will be despatched same day. Depending on the proximity of your location, goods should be received within 24-48 hours from time of ordering. Please note that short haul deliveries will usually be faster whilst remote locations could take up to 10 days.
